Groups are open to the following ages:
Formalising a reservation:
A minimum of 20 days before the activity, a deposit of 50% per person must be made by PayPal and the booking form and assumption of responsibility that we will send must be completed and emailed back to us. Once we receive your form and payment, Go Trekking Spain will send you an email with the confirmation of the reservation and all the details of the activity.
The remaining 50% must be paid a minimum of 7 days before the start of the activity. Go Trekking Spain will reply to confirm receipt of the information.
We recommend completing these formalities enough in advance to be able to guarantee the best attention to detail and quality possible in the activity. Without these prerequisites, the activity may not go ahead.
Conditions of CancellationCancellations must be made in writing to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org. We will apply the following expenses depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made:
When a client needs to change the details of their reservation (dates, itinerary, place etc) we will do our best to accommodate but this will depend on how far in advance the changes are notified to us.
Go Trekking Spain reserves the right to deny admission to a client if it is deemed that they could put the activity at risk for the rest of the group. We also reserve the right to change or cancel an activity or day in the case of adverse weather conditions or any other condition that could put the group at risk.
Go Trekking Spain does not take responsibility for clients who decide to follow a different plan from that previously established for the group.
